Generates employer leads through personalized multichannel outreach, qualifies hiring opportunities, and manages full-cycle sales for SMB and mid-market employers. The role sources and prepares candidates, coordinates hiring events, supports early retention, and hands off qualified enterprise opportunities to Account Management. Responsibilities include maintaining CRM records, tracking sales and employment KPIs, optimizing outreach cadences, using labor-market intelligence, and collaborating with workforce-development teams to achieve meeting, SQL, hiring, and job-start targets.

Supports financial reporting, month-end and year-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, treasury activities, and banking tasks. Investigates discrepancies, maintains accurate financial records, collaborates with Finance and program teams, and identifies process improvements. Provides general support to the Controller and Finance team while ensuring transactions are timely, accurate, and compliant with organizational procedures.
