Manages month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, reserves, audit support, tenant payment ledgers, budgeting, forecasting, and procurement process improvements. Prepares reports and presentations for leadership and board members, ensures accounting and regulatory compliance, analyzes financial data, and mentors junior staff. The role requires accounting expertise, financial analysis skills, Excel proficiency, and experience with accounting and financial analysis software.

Provides community-based psychosocial assessments, case management, supportive counseling, crisis intervention, service planning, referrals, and advocacy for older adults with mental health, addiction, dementia, cognitive, and chronic health issues. Coordinates care with families, caregivers, health providers, and community agencies; maintains records and caseload data; participates in clinical meetings, outreach, consultation, supervision, and ongoing training.
