Coordinate marketing financial administration: process purchase requisitions, invoices, payments and p-card transactions; track and reconcile vendor marketing funds and budgets; maintain Airtable/Excel trackers; prepare spend and reconciliation reports; liaise with Finance, AP, vendors and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and support financial month/quarter/year-end activities.

Provide HR support across Ontario field operations including employee relations, performance and attendance management, investigations, Workday administration, recruitment support, organizational change, compliance, reporting, and special HR projects while partnering with leaders and ensuring legislative compliance.

Manage day-to-day Workday Learning (LMS) operations, user and content administration, reporting, onboarding programs, and stakeholder learning/talent projects. Support Workday migration, analyze data for improvements, maintain learning portal, and help design tailored learning solutions.
