Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders. Lead Workday tenant migration activities involving compensation data mapping, cleanup, validation, testing, reconciliation, and cutover. Provide recommendations on offers, promotions, and compensation exceptions while supporting pay transparency compliance.

Develops, maintains, tests, implements, and supports business applications on the IBM i/AS400 platform. Responsibilities include RPG and COBOL programming, requirements gathering, technical specifications, code reviews, debugging, SDLC project delivery, application upgrades, deployment support, third-party troubleshooting, and rotating 24/7 on-call support.
