Manage day-to-day Workday Learning (LMS) operations, user and content administration, reporting, onboarding programs, and stakeholder learning/talent projects. Support Workday migration, analyze data for improvements, maintain learning portal, and help design tailored learning solutions.

Lead and manage national talent pipeline programs from recruitment through development and role readiness. Coordinate stakeholders, deliver learning sessions and coaching, monitor participant progress, support recruitment and program improvement, and represent the employer at campus and industry events to attract future talent.

Coordinate marketing financial administration: process purchase requisitions, invoices, payments and p-card transactions; track and reconcile vendor marketing funds and budgets; maintain Airtable/Excel trackers; prepare spend and reconciliation reports; liaise with Finance, AP, vendors and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and support financial month/quarter/year-end activities.
