Provide HR support across Ontario field operations including employee relations, performance and attendance management, investigations, Workday administration, recruitment support, organizational change, compliance, reporting, and special HR projects while partnering with leaders and ensuring legislative compliance.

Manages assigned general ledger accounts, performs month-end and quarter-end close activities, prepares journal entries, reconciles balance sheet and income statement accounts, and supports GAAP and SOX compliance. The Accountant also identifies process improvements, develops accounting procedures, assists with projects, and collaborates with the Accounting Manager and finance team.

Manage day-to-day Workday Learning (LMS) operations, user and content administration, reporting, onboarding programs, and stakeholder learning/talent projects. Support Workday migration, analyze data for improvements, maintain learning portal, and help design tailored learning solutions.
