Manage and retain major enterprise accounts through consultative selling, contract and renewal management, RFP/RFQ responses, cross-functional coordination, and identifying growth and efficiency opportunities. Serve as primary customer contact, maintain accurate records in internal systems, resolve service/billing issues, and support compliance in regulated sectors.

Participate in an up-to-18-month landfill operations training program to develop skills in safety, environmental compliance, heavy equipment, personnel management, landfill construction, gas and leachate management, finance, community relations, and operations reporting. Complete training curriculum, mentor programs, hands-on projects, and interim management assignments to prepare for Operations Manager and District Manager roles.

Receive, segregate, and load paper for shredding and baling; operate and maintain baling and shredding machinery; stage/load bales for shipment; operate forklifts and perform preventative maintenance; maintain clean, secure, and safe plant operations; perform nightly truck and equipment checks and other assigned warehouse duties.
