Build and maintain Python back-end systems and ML pipelines for medical claims processing. Design scalable, high-performance architecture, resolve performance issues, handle complex data structures, document system components, and collaborate with front-end engineers in a fast-paced AI-driven environment.

Lead 2-3 cross-functional pods to develop AI product and model capabilities from prototype to production. Own data, labeling, training, and inference systems; ensure ML reliability and scalability; collaborate cross-functionally; build evaluations with human-in-the-loop teams; coach and grow engineers while shipping customer-facing AI products.

Own end-to-end event logistics and on-site execution, manage RSVPs/registration and budgets, coordinate travel and vendor relationships, run post-event debriefs and lead handoffs to sales. Maintain office operations and facilities, manage supplies, mail, and onboarding logistics. Provide administrative and executive support, flag process improvements, and build repeatable event playbooks to scale marketing operations.
