Owns the company’s presence at North American industry events, including event sourcing, vendor negotiations, budgeting, logistics, booth execution, team preparation, lead capture, and post-event reporting. Partners with sales and marketing to generate meetings, pipeline, and revenue through pre- and post-event campaigns. Attends events onsite, manages vendors and travel logistics, tracks KPIs and ROI, and uses AI to improve event marketing workflows.

Identify companies with active hiring needs, run outbound prospecting across email/phone/LinkedIn, hold discovery conversations, book qualified meetings for sales, and feed market insights back to Sales, Marketing, and Product while maintaining CRM data.

Manage and optimize website presence, focusing on A/B testing, analytics, and user experience to enhance conversion rates and user engagement.
