Supports the recruiting team by scheduling candidate assessments and interviews, managing pre-employment paperwork, preparing offer letters, coordinating background and reference checks, maintaining compliant candidate records, posting internal recruitment opportunities, producing activity reports, updating applicant tracking systems, and handling general administrative inquiries and office tasks.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate presentation, offer negotiation, and hiring coordination. Lead corporate accounting and financial reporting for the company and international subsidiaries, ensuring GAAP compliance, managing treasury and cash forecasts, driving shared services and centralized treasury, coordinating audits and external providers, and supervising a global remote finance team while partnering cross-functionally to align financial strategy.
