Lead system analysis, design, implementation and support of digital health systems. Manage operations, troubleshoot incidents, gather requirements, design and execute tests, maintain documentation, coordinate vendors, administer user accounts, and participate in system implementation projects to ensure secure, available, and efficient systems.

Lead HIS implementation activities for Epic, managing full project lifecycle from planning and requirements to deployment and go-live. Coordinate biomedical device integrations, interfaces (HL7, FHIR, DICOM), cross-functional testing, procurement, budgets, documentation, and vendor relationships to ensure milestones are met on time and within scope.

Perform diagnostic ultrasound exams according to departmental standards, produce high-quality images and preliminary impressions for radiologists, ensure optimal patient care and confidentiality, collaborate with clinical educators, and work across Osler sites as required.
