Leads corporate strategy projects, strategic planning, business planning, and organizational priority initiatives. Partners with executives, internal teams, external experts, and transformation leaders to conduct research, analyze healthcare performance data, develop presentations and briefing materials, support strategy execution, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and manage procurement and Strategy Management Office operations.

Provides strategic financial planning and analysis support to hospital leaders and programs. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, monthly and year-end reporting, variance analysis, revenue and expense management, provincial reporting, audit support, patient costing, process improvement, and financial education. The role partners cross-functionally, advises business leaders, develops financial models, improves data quality, and recommends actions based on financial trends and organizational objectives.

Supports electronic health information management processes, including scanning, document indexing, chart completion, quality assurance, workflow analysis, duplicate-record correction, and troubleshooting ImageNow and barcode applications. Coordinates with vendors, physicians, and Information Services; recommends workflow improvements; participates in software implementations; and trains and orients HIM staff and physicians on electronic chart processes.
