Leads corporate strategy projects, strategic planning, business planning, and organizational priority initiatives. Partners with executives, internal teams, external experts, and transformation leaders to conduct research, analyze healthcare performance data, develop presentations and briefing materials, support strategy execution, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and manage procurement and Strategy Management Office operations.

Provides strategic financial planning and analysis support to hospital leaders and programs. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, monthly and year-end reporting, variance analysis, revenue and expense management, provincial reporting, audit support, patient costing, process improvement, and financial education. The role partners cross-functionally, advises business leaders, develops financial models, improves data quality, and recommends actions based on financial trends and organizational objectives.

Supports electronic health information management processes, including scanning, document indexing, chart completion, quality assurance, workflow analysis, duplicate-record correction, and troubleshooting ImageNow and barcode applications. Coordinates with vendors, physicians, and Information Services; recommends workflow improvements; participates in software implementations; and trains and orients HIM staff and physicians on electronic chart processes.

Maintains dialysis equipment and water treatment systems, supports quality assurance, provides technical consultation and staff education, and troubleshoots equipment issues. The role works collaboratively with clinical personnel, independently across multiple hospital sites and patients’ homes, and requires travel, shift flexibility, physical lifting ability, and a valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle.

Provides full-time inpatient and outpatient endocrinology care at a Brampton or Etobicoke hospital, participates in call coverage, and follows patients in a community-based practice. Responsibilities include diabetes and thyroid disease management, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and participation in teaching, research, or quality improvement activities.

Provides comprehensive anesthesiology services across operating rooms, obstetric and general call schedules, endoscopy, pre-assessment clinics, acute pain services, and regional anesthesia. Participates in teaching, research, and quality improvement activities while supporting diverse surgical specialties and expanding pain management services.

Provides inpatient rheumatology consultations for adults in emergency and hospital settings at Brampton Civic Hospital and Etobicoke General Hospital. Participates in weekday, weekend, and holiday on-call coverage; supports hospitalists and other most responsible physicians; and may participate in teaching, research, or quality improvement activities. An opportunity is also available to join an affiliated outpatient rheumatology practice.

Provides inpatient geriatric on-call coverage across two acute-care hospital sites, outpatient care through six specialized geriatric clinics, and clinical leadership for geriatric outreach teams serving long-term care homes. Participates in multidisciplinary seniors’ health services, academic activities such as teaching, research, or quality improvement, and the development of innovative senior-care programs.

Provides paediatric cardiology services across two hospital sites, including interpretation of EKGs, Holter monitoring, and echocardiography. Conducts clinic-based consultations for paediatricians and family physicians and urgent consultations for NICU and inpatient paediatric units. Participates in academic activities such as teaching, research, and quality improvement, with an expected academic appointment at Toronto Metropolitan University School of Medicine.

Provide general paediatric care across inpatient units, urgent paediatric assessment clinics, ambulatory clinics, and hospital call schedules at two sites. Participate in patient care teams and academic activities including teaching, research, or quality improvement. Candidates must be licensed in Ontario and certified in General Paediatrics or hold Royal College neonatology fellowship certification.

Provides advanced diagnostic and anatomic pathology services at Brampton Civic Hospital, focusing on molecular diagnostics, biomarker testing, liquid biopsy, next-generation sequencing, immunohistochemistry, digital pathology, and histomorphology. Participates in cancer care, clinical trials, academic teaching, research, quality improvement, and fellowship training. Collaborates with multidisciplinary pathology teams and contributes to assay interpretation, validation, clinical integration, and laboratory quality initiatives.

The Associate Neurologist will provide hospital and community-based neurological care at Brampton Civic Hospital or Etobicoke General Hospital. Responsibilities include participating in the on-call schedule, establishing an outpatient practice, and supporting electrodiagnostic and stroke prevention clinics. The role also includes academic participation through teaching, research, or quality improvement. Candidates must hold Canadian neurology certification, neuromuscular fellowship training, Ontario licensure, and Canadian neurophysiology certification for electrodiagnostic work.
