Leads WildBrain’s global tax function across Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Europe. Oversees direct tax compliance, transfer pricing, IFRS tax provisions, financial disclosures, tax planning, audits, disputes, and production tax credit coordination. Advises senior executives on tax implications of financing, M&A, restructurings, and legislative changes. Manages a lean internal team and external advisors while maintaining SOX and NI 52-109 controls and improving ERP-enabled tax processes.

Develop and manage global franchise marketing plans and integrated campaigns for WildBrain brands. Responsibilities include social media, paid media, influencer and creator programs, agency coordination, asset approvals, retail promotion integration, campaign optimization, performance reporting, and maintaining marketing calendars. The role also manages and mentors Content & Community Specialists while collaborating with cross-functional teams, agencies, freelancers, and regional marketing stakeholders.

Lead WildBrain Network's external B2B communications strategy to raise industry profile. Drive media relations, executive visibility, thought leadership, messaging alignment, and reputation management across media, advertising, and entertainment audiences. Counsel senior leaders, secure earned media and speaking opportunities, and translate business strategy and innovation into compelling narratives.
