Provides on-site customer service for vending solutions by setting up customers, managing orders and backorders, organizing and stocking products, resolving complaints, tracking visits and service metrics, supporting marketing campaigns, and identifying service improvements. The role involves customer meetings, product promotion, occasional physical work, and overnight travel of less than 5%.

Processes invoices, expense reports, vendor payments, account transactions, and payment checks. Reconciles account information, researches discrepancies, monitors policy exceptions, scans and routes invoices, maintains financial records, and provides clerical support for Accounts Payable operations.

Generates new sales and upsell opportunities through phone, email, and in-person interactions. Builds customer relationships, identifies needs, recommends products, processes orders and payments, coordinates deliveries, provides pricing, resolves issues, and tracks open sales orders. The role also handles customer inquiries, outbound prospecting, order follow-up, and related paperwork while operating under close supervision.
