Gather, analyze, normalize, and validate disparate data files for upload into master data management systems. Support Purchasing, Sales, Sourcing, and Pricing with data guidance and analysis. Maintain product, vendor, customer, cost, and price files; identify automation opportunities; resolve data discrepancies and train or guide junior staff.

Handle inbound and outbound sales by phone, email, and in person; develop customer relationships, identify needs, recommend products, process orders, handle transactions, and follow up on deliveries and order status.

Maintain accounts receivable records including cash receipts, unapplied payments, refunds, interest charges, and account statements. Perform data entry, research short payments and exceptions, coordinate COD check handling, support special billing requests, verify and reconcile account data across systems, and perform clerical tasks while escalating complex issues to a supervisor.
