The Account Manager drives sales growth, manages customer relationships, resolves service issues, and collaborates with team members for business development.

Handle inbound and outbound sales via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Build customer relationships, identify needs, upsell products, process orders and payments, manage order status and deliveries, and provide general customer service and project support.

Maintain accounts receivable records including cash receipts, unapplied payments, refunds, interest charges, and account statements. Perform data entry, research short payments and exceptions, coordinate COD check handling, support special billing requests, verify and reconcile account data across systems, and perform clerical tasks while escalating complex issues to a supervisor.
