Gather, analyze, normalize, and validate disparate data files for upload into master data management systems. Support Purchasing, Sales, Sourcing, and Pricing with data guidance and analysis. Maintain product, vendor, customer, cost, and price files; identify automation opportunities; resolve data discrepancies and train or guide junior staff.

Manages product categories under $20 million in revenue, executing merchandising strategies, product mix development, planograms, replenishment systems, analytics, and category programs. Partners cross-functionally with sourcing, supply chain, distribution, finance, packaging, and service teams. Serves as a liaison among stakeholders, develops solutions to complex business issues, oversees execution timelines, and manages professional contributors.

Handles inbound and outbound sales activities, develops customer relationships, identifies upselling opportunities, answers product and account questions, processes orders and payments, arranges deliveries, provides pricing, and resolves customer issues. The role requires customer service, prospecting, order tracking, and product knowledge while working under close supervision.
