Corporate intern gains hands-on experience across functions (marketing, HR, IT, sales, operations, finance, logistics, merchandising). Conducts analyses, produces recommendations, supports projects and process improvements, communicates issues, and may assist research or special initiatives under general supervision.

Handle inbound and outbound sales via phone, email, and in person; identify customer needs, upsell products, process orders and payments, arrange deliveries, track orders, and provide customer service and issue resolution. Maintain product knowledge and follow pricing and warranty policies.

Provide account-level support to National Account Managers: pricing, order and quote entry, issue resolution, backorder management, KPI reporting, project tracking, and customer relationship maintenance to drive service and revenue improvements.
