Coordinates customer demand with manufacturing capacity by managing orders, production schedules, material availability, ERP planning data, and inventory levels. Monitors schedule adherence, identifies constraints, and implements corrective actions to support on-time delivery. The role requires customer service, prospecting, order tracking, and product knowledge while working under close supervision.

Analyzes customer credit portfolios, payment behavior, receivables aging, delinquency, and credit lines to manage risk and collections. Maintains account records, performs tax validation, conducts quality audits, prepares reports, and recommends process improvements. Reviews new and existing customer credit, obtains references, supports departmental efficiency initiatives, and may train junior personnel. The role requires bilingual English/French communication and less than 10% overnight travel.
