Serves as the primary on-site contact for coworking members and guests. Manages the front desk, guest check-in, member relationships, events, communications, mailroom, packages, keys, access cards, and building-specific procedures. Supports community engagement, promotes services, maintains an organized environment, and escalates operational issues while delivering welcoming customer service.
