Creates and maintains daily production schedules, monitors inventory and shortages, coordinates work orders, and supports customer demand fulfillment. Tracks production performance, labor and material requirements, inventory counts, obsolete stock, returns, scrap, and month-end closeout activities. Collaborates with Production, Customer Service, Shipping, Purchasing, and suppliers, participates in S&OP meetings, and uses Excel, database software, and JDE or similar ERP systems.

Process supplier invoices accurately and timely, manage PO/invoice variances, correspond with vendors, maintain supplier records, reconcile statements, prepare accruals, perform weekly EDI uploads, and ensure SOX compliance while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

The Analyst Principal - IS Functional owns the delivery and support of Oracle JD Edwards Sales & Distribution and Transportation functionality, ensuring on-time project delivery aligned with business goals.
