Supervise payroll operations including processing timecards, calculating payrolls, maintaining payroll records, and preparing government reports. Manage and develop payroll staff, set goals, ensure compliance with company policies and federal/state employment laws, review deductions, and verify payroll accuracy. Develop operational plans and measure results to align payroll function with company objectives.

Drive new business and grow relationships with OEM and industrial customers through face-to-face selling, prospecting, account planning, proposals, demonstrations, and value-driven solutions. Achieve revenue and margin goals, manage post-sale satisfaction, use sales management tools, and travel extensively to clients and suppliers.

Provide HR guidance to business groups across employee relations, recruiting, performance management, compensation, benefits, diversity, training, and policy compliance. Investigate employee issues, advise management, support performance plans, terminations, union negotiations, succession planning, and multi-state employment law compliance. Assist with staff development, engagement, and HR project execution.
