Supervises end-to-end payroll operations including processing timecards, calculating pay, managing deductions, maintaining records, preparing government reports, ensuring compliance, and reviewing payroll accuracy. Manages and develops payroll staff, sets goals, implements operational plans, and ensures alignment with company objectives.
