The Engineering Manager for Developer Productivity will lead a remote team to enhance developer productivity, focusing on AI integration, tooling evaluation, and team development while collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Partner with Account Executives to design and demo Webflow solutions, conduct discovery and technical validation, lead workshops and trials, build business cases, influence product direction, and support cross-functional initiatives. Travel up to 25% and complete an in-person onboarding in San Francisco.

Partner with account managers to assess and scale agency technical capabilities, design enablement pathways, build demos, validate partner-sourced enterprise opportunities, and create reusable playbooks and training to ensure scalable Webflow solutions.
