Source and negotiate national-brand partnerships, manage commercial terms, use spend and redemption data to build the partner pipeline, and collaborate with Growth, Product Marketing, Brand, Product, and Data teams. Drive program adoption, engagement, redemption, and consolidation targets while building and scaling the function from scratch.

Leads the development and operation of business-critical enterprise systems and integrations. Manages and coaches developers while remaining hands-on with production code, architecture, technical standards, and delivery. Drive adoption across Ruby, Python, TypeScript, and Java/Kotlin teams; measure platform impact; establish AI engineering standards; collaborate cross-functionally; and mentor developers.

Staff Content Designer responsible for shaping investing product experiences, simplifying complex concepts such as options, margin trading, futures, and perpetuals. Partners early with product, design, engineering, marketing, brand, legal, and compliance teams. Develops content standards, workflows, templates, and AI-powered processes to scale quality. Requires strategic thinking, hands-on UX writing, mentorship, and the ability to become a subject matter expert. Applicants must submit a portfolio with at least three case studies demonstrating improved user experience and business outcomes.

Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Wealthsimple’s high-net-worth client consolidation experience. Lead evolution of the Tiers program, personalized onboarding and funding journeys, and experiences encouraging clients to consolidate their finances. Partner with engineering, design, data science, marketing, operations, legal, compliance, and other teams to launch and iterate products. Own Credit Card client acquisition and growth targets by developing growth models, roadmaps, acquisition channels, offer programs, and experimentation. Analyze the application funnel, optimize conversion, and partner with Product and channel teams to deliver measurable growth. The role requires hands-on execution across paid, search, affiliates, referrals, lifecycle, partnerships, and emerging channels, with accountability for forecasting, performance tracking, and new-client results.

Own performance and lifecycle marketing for Wealthsimple’s active trader and crypto businesses. Manage paid media, vendor relationships, budgets, testing, and acquisition across trader-focused channels. Lead activation, funding, first-trade, and re-engagement journeys with Product and Lifecycle teams. Drive go-to-market launches, funnel reporting, incrementality analysis, and experimentation while optimizing for funded accounts, sustained trading activity, and revenue.

Optimize tax efficiency within financial plans for high-net-worth clients. Identify and model advanced strategies involving corporations, trusts, and estates; advise internal Wealth Advisors; support sophisticated client conversations; and contribute to the CPA Designed planning offering. The role requires strong Canadian tax expertise, financial planning fluency, CPA and CFP designations, AI-enabled workflows, and experience serving affluent clients.

Design and deliver backend software automating post-trade processing, including clearing, settlement, reconciliation, and depository integrations. Contribute to technical architecture, mentor developers through pairing and code reviews, and collaborate with Securities Operations, Product Management, and engineering teams. Build accurate, auditable systems for high-stakes financial workflows while expanding pipelines for new products.

Provide comprehensive wealth management support to high-net-worth clients, including onboarding, financial planning, investment proposals, account servicing, and complex planning involving corporations, trusts, and estates. The role emphasizes exceptional client experiences without commissions or sales targets, regular client communication, and improving digital wealth management services.

Own Wealthsimple’s Connectivity Platform strategy across brokerage and bank linking and the Public API. Lead product vision, roadmap, client experiences, reliability, connector routing, vendor relationships, authentication, consent, permissions, partner integrations, and external financial data access. Balance conversion, fraud, risk, compliance, and operational needs while developing scalable platform capabilities and advancing open banking.

Create monthly investor insights, investment materials, financial planning content, and timely market notes for Wealthsimple clients. Research market developments, synthesize complex investment concepts into clear and engaging writing, exercise editorial judgment, and use AI tools to refine standard content. The role partners with investment and editorial teams while requiring strong financial literacy, investment judgment, curiosity, independence, and familiarity with Canadian wealth management or retail investment products.

Leads Wealthsimple’s client tax function across brokerage products and regulated entities. Owns tax slips, registered-account reporting, client statements, withholding, regulatory filings, controls, governance, quality assurance, and regulator communications. Advises Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and CXO leaders on tax reporting requirements and issue resolution. Builds scalable systems, automation, and operating practices while hiring, coaching, and developing the Client Tax team.

Lead corporate development initiatives spanning strategic growth analysis, mergers and acquisitions, investments, and partnerships. Evaluate build, buy, and partner opportunities through market research, financial forecasting, valuation modeling, and strategic analysis. Manage deal processes from sourcing and due diligence through negotiation, closing, and post-deal integration while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.

Leads motion and product marketing design across Wealthsimple’s product launches, live events, app store presence, social content, and marketing surfaces. Translates product UI into polished animations, videos, prototypes, and static assets; maintains reusable UI and demo libraries; and supports marketing, brand, creative, growth, and web teams.
