Oversee performance data across employment services programs, developing and maintaining Power BI reports, data models, dashboards, and enterprise reporting. Analyze operational performance through forecasting, modeling, and evaluation; establish KPIs and targets; identify improvement opportunities; and deliver actionable insights to leaders and partners. The role promotes data-driven decision-making, ensures data quality and governance, and translates complex information into recommendations for organizational performance and continuous improvement.

Manages a network of employment service providers, ensuring contractual performance, service quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. Builds provider and community relationships, leads improvement planning and capacity-building initiatives, maintains audit records, manages operational and job seeker expenditures, and collaborates with internal teams to improve outcomes and meet funder requirements. The role requires regular weekly travel to provider locations in the Toronto region.

Build and maintain relationships with Ontario Works and ODSP partners to increase referrals to Employment Ontario services. Deliver training, analyze referral and caseload data, produce performance reports and dashboards, identify service gaps and opportunities, coordinate internal operations, and keep stakeholders informed on legislation and program changes to improve client employment outcomes.
