Provide administrative and contract-management support: draft bilingual communications, coordinate events and logistics, manage files and partner relationships, prepare and analyze reports, monitor contractual performance and compliance, and support continuous improvement to maximize program efficiency and client outcomes.

Collect, analyze and interpret labour market information at national, provincial and community levels. Develop research projects, build custom visuals and interactive maps (Power BI, QGIS), maintain resource library, support service provider evaluation, produce reports and profiles for funders, and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders to inform operational performance, business development and strategic planning.
