Lead day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and job costing for a project-based industrial construction company. Manage month- and year-end closes, maintain GL accuracy, develop budgets/forecasts, support ERP improvements, enforce internal controls, and provide KPI and project profitability insights to leadership.

Perform mechanical maintenance and industrial construction ironworking tasks for forestry and mining projects. Work rotational 14 days in / 7 days out on 10.5-hour shifts, travel to remote Ontario sites, and follow employer-provided travel, accommodation, and safety arrangements.

Perform general site labour: prepare and clean work areas, operate basic hand and power tools, follow supervisors' instructions, maintain safety and organization, and assist with other assigned manual tasks.
