Manage a portfolio of investor and fund client relationships from onboarding through ongoing servicing. Responsibilities include processing subscriptions and redemptions, handling investor inquiries, understanding fund structures and performance fees, supporting AML compliance, coordinating with auditors, reviewing payments, and delivering client-specific process improvements. The role also includes managing client relationships and supervising responsibilities in an investor services environment.

Process investor transactions (subscriptions, redemptions, transfers), maintain capital activity and client reporting, complete AML checks, prepare wire instructions, resolve transaction queries, support client relationships, and assist on projects and performance calculations.
