Lead Wave's organic acquisition and website optimization strategy across traditional and AI search. Own SEO/AEO/GEO, site architecture, structured data, CRO, experimentation, and website performance. Partner cross-functionally to create search-informed content, improve conversion funnels, and establish reporting to drive qualified traffic, sign-ups, activation, and revenue growth.

Design user-centered mobile and web experiences working with product teams. Conduct and act on user research, prototype solutions using the Design System, run usability testing, and iterate through discovery and delivery to balance user needs and business goals.

Investigate complex fraud using diverse data to accept, reject, or escalate transactions; assess chargeback risk and advise small business owners; monitor for fraud/compliance issues; improve processes and fraud-detection rules; manage merchant relationships with clear communication and attention to detail.

Design, build, and deploy scalable ML platforms and pipelines; optimize and monitor model performance; enforce model governance and data compliance; mentor junior engineers; integrate AI solutions with product and engineering teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
