Teams at Waabi

Own the production deployment of neural and generative models for Waabi’s multi-sensor simulator. Responsibilities include optimizing models with compilation, quantization, mixed precision, CUDA, and custom kernels; building numerical parity benchmarks; developing model export, versioning, registry, and build tooling; collaborating with research teams; and managing GPU workloads in cloud environments.

Lead product definition for Waabi’s autonomous vehicle hardware platform across trucks and robotaxis. Own requirements, acceptance criteria, verification plans, human-machine interfaces, cabin and external safety features, and physical touchpoints. Partner closely with hardware engineering, industrial design, OEMs, and suppliers from concept through production. Translate real-world scenarios into testable requirements while balancing feasibility, cost, safety, and user needs.

Owns technical integration between Waabi’s autonomous driving technology and an OEM partner from program setup through driverless operation. Responsibilities include integrated planning, cross-functional coordination across hardware, embedded, onboard, infrastructure, and autonomy teams, risk and dependency management, executive communication, partner alignment, and hands-on vehicle issue triage.
