Leads Waabi’s commercial contracting function across hardware supply, OEM partnerships, software licensing, SaaS, services, and vendor agreements. Drafts and negotiates complex transactions, advises cross-functional teams on risk, manages contract compliance, and builds scalable templates, playbooks, and processes. Supports IP, open-source licensing, regulatory, export control, and data privacy matters related to commercial deals.

Supports FP&A by building budgets, forecasts, financial models, leadership and board reporting, KPI dashboards, and variance analyses. The role improves financial systems and reporting processes, evaluates investments, pricing, and cost-saving opportunities, and partners with leadership to strengthen financial planning and cash-flow management at a high-growth technology company.

Build and operate a reliable ML platform for large-scale distributed GPU training. Responsibilities include Kubernetes infrastructure, developer-facing CLIs and SDKs, AWS infrastructure, data and artifact management, experiment tracking, model registries, CI/CD, observability, documentation, security guardrails, and platform adoption. The role partners closely with researchers and engineers to improve training speed, reliability, usability, and cost efficiency for autonomous transportation systems.
