Manage and coordinate incoming charter requests end-to-end, build and maintain client relationships, research and bid on charter opportunities, track performance and reporting, support special projects, and work with Operations Manager to promote and grow charter services.

Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for the Kitchener-Waterloo region: post jobs, source and interview candidates, maintain ATS and hiring documentation, report metrics, coordinate onboarding with cross-functional teams, execute social media/recruitment campaigns, build community partnerships, and support regional travel for recruitment activities.

As an Operations Supervisor, you will manage transportation operations, oversee staff scheduling, lead team performance, ensure compliance, support fleet management, and handle administrative reporting while being available on-call for emergencies.
