Coordinate and drive brand, video, and design projects end-to-end. Manage timelines, task lists, reviews, asset libraries, and vendor logistics. Track status, owners, deadlines, and blockers; facilitate creative reviews and feedback; support production, invoices, and contracts. Keep workstreams organized across internal teams, freelancers, and agencies to ensure timely delivery of decks, web assets, printed collateral, and video deliverables.

Lead ownership of a hardware subsystem from design through verification and manufacturing. Interface with contract manufacturers and suppliers, drive root-cause investigations and corrective actions, support V&V and manufacturing validation, optimize cost and manufacturability, execute design changes, and coordinate cross-disciplinary teams to ensure subsystem performance, reliability, and readiness for production.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume manufacturing and operations roles: source and engage candidates, partner with hiring managers, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS data, build talent pipelines, track metrics, and improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.
