Supports in-house counsel by reviewing, interpreting, drafting, and managing vendor, talent, and business contracts. Conducts legal research and provides support on commercial matters, legal operations, market launches, privacy, intellectual property, advertising, and media law. Maintains confidential legal documents and adapts to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Provide high-level administrative and project support to multiple executives: manage calendars and travel, handle communications, coordinate meetings (in-person and virtual), prepare documents and presentations in Google Suite, and facilitate team collaboration to meet deadlines.

Manages creator operations for client campaigns, including creator vetting, data validation, brand safety and content reviews, compliance monitoring, risk documentation, and escalation. Coordinates with Client Services, Creator Relations, and cross-functional teams to maintain accurate campaign workflows and support creator suitability and campaign continuity. Requires strong organization, judgment, communication, spreadsheet proficiency, and familiarity with influencer marketing and social media platforms.
