Provides day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle for head office and showroom employees. Responsibilities include employee relations, onboarding and offboarding, HR administration, performance and compensation cycles, employee engagement, learning and development, recruitment, reporting, job evaluation, health and safety compliance, and adherence to employment legislation across Ontario, Quebec, and British Columbia. This is a temporary three-month coverage position with possible renewal.

Provides day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle, including employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, performance and compensation cycles, HR reporting, talent management, training, recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement. Supports employees and leaders across head office and showroom teams while maintaining records and ensuring compliance with employment legislation in Ontario, Quebec, and British Columbia.

Provides corporate and commercial legal counsel to Canadian business departments and the General Counsel. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on privacy, compliance, provincial and federal EV regulations, managing customer disputes, supporting litigation and corporate records, overseeing registrations and licenses, and coordinating with global legal teams. The role also supports policy training, trade association representation, and legal initiatives in a fast-paced automotive environment.
