Leads global mobility tax engagements for multinational clients, providing Canadian and U.S. expatriate tax advice, tax-return review, payroll and social-security guidance, mobility policy design, and compliance strategies. Manages and develops teams, oversees workflows, budgets, billing, and client relationships, identifies revenue opportunities, advises on international tax changes, and supports automation, data visualization, and AI-enabled solutions.
