Advises multinational clients on Canadian and international employment tax, payroll, social security, shadow payroll, and global mobility compliance. Manages client engagements, audits, remediation projects, stakeholder relationships, and payroll operations across jurisdictions. Leads and mentors team members, supports proposals and business development, monitors regulatory changes, and develops practical solutions to improve compliance, governance, controls, and operational efficiency.

Manage the full cycle of U.S. employment-based immigration matters, including H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, immigrant visa, and adjustment of status applications. Advise multinational clients and employees on visa strategies, regulatory changes, compliance, and risk mitigation. Review work for quality, participate in client meetings, mentor team members, and use technology and automation to improve immigration processes and client experiences.

Prepare and review Canadian and U.S. tax returns for globally mobile employees, provide cross-border tax and payroll advice, and manage compliance for international assignments. Coordinate global client teams, support employees, maintain tax documentation, analyze compensation data, and present findings to clients, auditors, management, and tax authorities. Develop client relationships, identify business opportunities, and apply AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and data-driven insights.
