Manages and develops teams, oversees workflows, budgets, billing, and client relationships, identifies revenue opportunities, advises on international tax changes, and supports automation, data visualization, and AI-enabled solutions.

Manages global mobility tax compliance and advisory services for multinational clients and internationally mobile employees. Reviews and signs tax returns, provides Canadian and U.S. tax guidance, analyzes compensation and payroll data, researches international tax issues, and supports tax optimization. Oversees project teams, resource allocation, budgets, billing, and client relationships while identifying business development opportunities. Collaborates with global delivery centers and subject matter experts to deliver compliant, efficient solutions.

Support design, implementation, and compliance of global equity/share plans.
