Leads the 12-month rollout of HR policies, translating requirements into practical guidance, launching an intranet policy hub, coordinating field implementation, and partnering with HRIS teams on workflow changes. The role tracks policy status, owners, risks, decisions, and implementation milestones while ensuring sustainable handoff and adoption across office-based and frontline clinic workforces.

Owns the cross-functional rollout and adoption of finalized HR policies across permanent and locum workforces. Builds rollout plans, translates policies into practical guidance, manages an internal policy hub, coordinates stakeholders, maps workflow and HRIS impacts, and tracks system changes through delivery. Maintains program governance, surfaces risks with recommendations, documents decisions, and ensures successful handoff after the 12-month contract.
