Provide executive support while owning end-to-end revenue operations: capture meeting action items, manage executive calendar and email, generate invoices, track receivables, reconcile discrepancies, and drive timely collections. Serve as liaison between field operations and office to keep projects, people, and payments on track.

Lead global SaaS and cloud workplace operations, managing Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, IAM (SSO, Entra, MFA), Zero Trust enforcement, automation (Power Automate, Zapier, PowerShell, Python), onboarding/offboarding, security/compliance collaboration, and mentoring IT teams to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient cloud environments.

Primary client-facing role managing 8-10 home services accounts end-to-end: audit local search, build and execute SEO strategies, optimize Google Business Profiles, implement on-site WordPress SEO, manage citations, monitor performance with BrightLocal/Whitespark/GSC/GA4, support social media where needed, and use AI/automation to scale work while communicating results to business owners.
