Manage client relationships, governance (EPMC), portfolio health, project budgeting and contracts, cross-functional resourcing, audit readiness, and change management. Coach and grow the implementation team while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery, process maturity, and strong executive client trust to support renewals and expansion.

Lead design and delivery of complex full‑stack features, own architecture and AI development harness, mentor engineers, enforce code quality and standards, build integrations with EMRs and external data sources, and drive predictable, reliable product delivery.

Lead and grow the engineering team, own delivery and architecture, and drive NLP and AI initiatives. Manage NLP pipelines, cloud and tooling decisions, technical debt, budgets, and cross-functional enterprise integrations while enabling AI adoption and predictable production delivery.
