Lead individual contributor owning Vertiv's enterprise Shopify eCommerce platform end-to-end. Develop and customize frontend/backend Shopify features, implement Rust-based Shopify Functions for checkout logic, troubleshoot Oracle and middleware integrations, manage Linux/Azure infrastructure and security (CyberArk, PCI), maintain site performance and accessibility (WCAG), and act as primary escalation for production incidents while collaborating across IT, vendors, and business teams.

Sell Vertiv power products across Greater Toronto and Southwest Ontario to consultants, resellers, contractors and key end users (data center, IT edge, telecom). Build and maintain account relationships, generate quota-beating sales, develop solutions and quotations, manage order execution and forecasts, maintain pipeline, perform regular in-field visits (50% travel), and collaborate with internal teams to upsell full solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

Lead and mentor integration engineers to design and build scalable integrations, web services, APIs, and microservices across complex on-prem and cloud middleware landscapes. Drive proofs of concept, collaborate with stakeholders and vendors, analyze business requirements, report risks/issues, and support digital transformation initiatives.
