The role also involves robotics integrations for public safety devices such as drones and body-worn cameras, cross-functional collaboration, platform updates, and comprehensive technical documentation.

Leads payroll, benefits, leave administration, compensation, HR operations, compliance, and HR systems across U.S. and Canadian entities. Personally oversees and executes payroll cycles, manages ADP and Rippling relationships, administers BambooHR, supports audits and acquisitions, maintains compensation frameworks, and leads open enrollment. Manages a People Operations team while partnering with Finance, IT, HR Business Partners, vendors, and the CHRO. Ensures regulatory compliance, data integrity, confidentiality, and continuous improvement across employee services.

Plans and coordinates live and virtual events, including conferences, workshops, symposiums, and internal meetings. Manages venues, schedules, logistics, registration, booths, vendors, contracts, speakers, technical setup, and attendee communications. Provides on-site and online event support, prepares cost and attendance reports, compiles evaluations, and uses feedback to improve future events. Requires occasional travel and flexible hours during events.
