Lead and grow deployment, data migration, and integration teams to deliver, install, configure, and maintain Versaterm software. Own delivery standards, capacity planning, tooling, and continuous improvement. Escalate and coordinate complex technical issues across Product and Engineering, support pre-sales scoping, and ensure compliance with required security clearances and data handling standards.

Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of complex software implementation projects for public safety clients. Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and cross-functional teams from kickoff through go-live and stabilization. Serve as primary governance contact, maintain project financials, facilitate status and steering meetings, and refine PM tools and processes.

Lead end-to-end implementations of Versaterm public safety software, including scoping, configuration, testing, training, and go-live. Manage project plans, engage stakeholders, resolve technical issues, mentor junior staff, support pre-sales, and contribute to process improvements to ensure timely, high-quality deployments.
