Uses talent mapping, recruitment analytics, compensation intelligence, AI-enabled tools, and automation to improve outcomes. Leads recruiting initiatives, supports executive searches, coaches the TA team, trains hiring managers, ensures compliance, and advises on process improvements.

Lead the technical direction of Android mobile application development, mentor engineers, and design scalable, reliable, high-performance applications. Integrate REST and WebRTC services, support offline-first functionality and diverse hardware configurations, and oversee CI/CD and release processes. The role also involves robotics integrations for public safety devices such as drones and body-worn cameras, cross-functional collaboration, platform updates, and comprehensive technical documentation.

Plans and coordinates live and virtual events, including conferences, workshops, symposiums, and internal meetings. Manages venues, schedules, logistics, registration, booths, vendors, contracts, speakers, technical setup, and attendee communications. Provides on-site and online event support, prepares cost and attendance reports, compiles evaluations, and uses feedback to improve future events. Requires occasional travel and flexible hours during events.
