Requires occasional travel and flexible hours during events.

The role focuses on modernizing CAD or RMS platforms while ensuring usability, compliance, integration, and strategic business impact.

Leads the renewals function, owning lifecycle strategy, renewal execution, forecasting, risk management, pricing, and recurring revenue retention. Manages and develops Renewals Specialists while coordinating with Customer Success, Sales, Legal, and Finance. Oversees complex enterprise and public-sector renewals, contract modernization, Salesforce data accuracy, reporting, procurement support, and process improvements. Ensures timely renewals, accurate commercial terms, effective risk mitigation, and alignment with gross retention and net revenue retention goals.

The Director of Customer Success leads the post-sale customer lifecycle, ensuring effective adoption of solutions and driving retention and growth across various customer segments. They build and scale a high-performing Customer Success organization and collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experience.

Lead end-to-end implementations of Versaterm public safety software, including scoping, configuration, testing, training, and go-live. Manage project plans, engage stakeholders, resolve technical issues, mentor junior staff, support pre-sales, and contribute to process improvements to ensure timely, high-quality deployments.
