Owns strategy, execution, commercialization, and measurable business outcomes for a critical AR automation product area. The role leads AI-first product evolution, customer discovery, experimentation, product economics, lifecycle management, go-to-market adoption, and scalable platform improvements. Requires close partnership with engineering and cross-functional teams, strong analytical judgment, technical fluency, and the ability to lead through ambiguity.

Leads the enterprise Talent Acquisition function, including recruiting strategy, hiring standards, executive and critical-role searches, recruiting team leadership, workforce planning, market intelligence, and data-driven process improvement. Partners with the CPO, CEO, executives, and business leaders to improve quality of hire, recruiting efficiency, assessment practices, and organizational capability in a high-growth technology company.

Provides advanced functional and technical support for customers using ERP integrations and payment solutions. Troubleshoots complex integration, accounting, payment-processing, API, and data-synchronization issues; manages cases and escalations; and collaborates with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Implementation teams. The role also contributes to knowledge-base content, process improvements, customer satisfaction, SLA performance, and timely resolution of support cases.
