Designs performance-driven email campaigns and automated flows for DTC brands, translating strategy into conversion-focused visual narratives. Collaborates with copywriters and strategists, contributes to A/B testing, builds modular systems in Figma, and ensures responsive, accessible, deliverable designs. The role also supports client onboarding, brand system setup, internal creative initiatives, and agency-wide design improvements in a fully remote environment.

Manage client relationships and email/SMS retention strategies for eCommerce brands. Oversee campaign production, segmentation, automation, testing, deployment, reporting, and performance analysis. Coordinate with design, copy, and e-commerce teams to optimize customer lifecycles, improve retention, and drive profitable growth. The role also coordinates projects, recommends new strategies and technologies, and maintains current knowledge of email and SMS best practices.
