Support executive leadership on cross-functional strategic initiatives including government relations, partnership development, research, policy reports, and executive enablement. Manage stakeholder and CRM records, prepare briefing materials, coordinate with external firms, and provide executive support including scheduling, travel logistics, and communications. Thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and translate research into actionable recommendations.

Lead strategy and experience design for Venture for Canada's program communities: segment audiences, grow engaged members, create involvement pathways, activate community as ambassadors, manage engagement channels, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive recruitment, partnerships, and long-term engagement.

Lead and evolve Venture for Canada's internal technology ecosystem: design systems architecture, manage SaaS stack and integrations, build automations and AI-enabled workflows, own cybersecurity, run cross-functional rollouts, provide senior technical escalation and day-to-day IT support, and manage and develop the IT Help Desk & CRM Coordinator to ensure secure, reliable, and widely adopted technology.
