Lead and evolve Venture for Canada's internal technology ecosystem: design systems architecture, manage SaaS stack and integrations, build automations and AI-enabled workflows, own cybersecurity, run cross-functional rollouts, provide senior technical escalation and day-to-day IT support, and manage and develop the IT Help Desk & CRM Coordinator to ensure secure, reliable, and widely adopted technology.

Drive employer and institutional participation through outbound prospecting, relationship-building, presentations, and partnership development. Manage pipelines and CRM, deliver webinars and events, track performance, and collaborate with Programs and Marketing to scale employer acquisition and Academy enrolment against targets.
