Lead design and implementation of Microsoft Purview and enterprise data governance programs. Conduct discovery and workshops, configure Purview controls (DLP, sensitivity/retention labels, eDiscovery, insider risk), develop AI governance, support regulatory compliance and audits, build executive reporting and Power BI dashboards, and provide post-implementation support and roadmaps for multiple clients in an MSP environment.

Support the sales team by managing customer requests, preparing quotes, processing sales orders in the ERP/CRM, coordinating procurement and licensing, tracking shipments, resolving order issues, and maintaining accurate CRM and licensing records to ensure timely delivery and strong customer communication.

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including invoicing, AR/AP, payroll, remittances, bank reconciliations, month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, internal controls, and audit coordination to support management decisions.
