Lead the visual effects discipline for game projects by defining VFX style, creating real-time effects, establishing workflows, managing performance budgets, and mentoring artists. Collaborate with art, engineering, design, production, and QA teams; provide scheduling and resource estimates; conduct reviews; support hiring; document processes; and solve complex technical implementation challenges across console and PC platforms.

Own and maintain the game's overall story, develop world-building and narrative proposals, write scripts and dialogue, prepare briefs for characters and locations, direct voice recording sessions, and collaborate with marketing. The role requires close partnership with game directors, systems designers, artists, content creators, and IP stakeholders to define the voice, tone, and narrative systems of a cooperative fantasy ARPG.

Lead design and implementation of a procedural dungeon system for an ARPG. Define procedural parameters, collaborate with engineers and environment artists, create modular rooms and simple gameplay scripts, and shape level and mission content with the Game Director and Lead Designers.
