Support and govern quality system processes (NCR/CAPA, Change Control, Training, Documentation, Supplier Quality) using TrackWise, TcU, and other QMS tools. Lead local nonconformance investigations, prepare slide decks for review boards, maintain training and documentation, support supplier activities, complaints, returns, JDE updates, and QA/RA SharePoint to ensure compliance with global GMP requirements.

Lead and maintain supply chain planning and reporting applications (Kinaxis RapidResponse). Gather requirements, design technical solutions, execute testing and validation (CSV/GxP), manage upgrades/defects, coordinate vendors and stakeholders, and ensure systems remain compliant and aligned with business needs.
