Teams at Vantage

Leads software engineering teams by hiring, mentoring, and managing performance; overseeing delivery planning, risk management, technical direction, SDLC and CI/CD governance; improving developer velocity; and partnering with product, design, and stakeholders to deliver reliable, customer-focused software.

Leads multi-team technical strategy and roadmap execution while remaining hands-on across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and data. Owns technical debt management, architecture consistency, API integrations, observability, SLAs, testing strategy, and developer tooling. Mentors engineers including senior staff, drives cross-team alignment, influences leadership, and delivers multiple significant initiatives in parallel. Requires deep Python and Django expertise, cloud and CI experience, and a computer science-related degree.

Build and maintain performant, scalable full-stack SaaS systems using front-end and back-end technologies. Develop reliable features, write unit and integration tests, monitor performance, debug issues, review logs, and contribute to architectural decisions. Own features from technical design through deployment and post-release support while documenting solutions and collaborating with engineering, UX, and product teams.
