Leads strategy, roadmaps, lifecycle management, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement for enterprise AI/ML products. Partners with engineering, data science, design, risk, legal, and business teams to define requirements, assess performance, guide implementation, and align investments with organizational strategy. Coaches product teams, supports responsible and scalable solutions, and communicates product direction to stakeholders.

Lead technology strategy and engineering teams for Advisor platforms across the Americas. Own marketing tech and CRM vision, deliver secure scalable software releases, manage global staffing and budgets, drive continuous improvement, stakeholder relationships, and represent the firm externally.

Serve as Vanguard Canadas senior legal advisor on securities, investment management, regulatory and commercial matters. Draft and negotiate agreements, manage external counsel, advise on governance and regulatory change, represent the firm to regulators, partner with compliance and risk, and lead and mentor the Canadian legal team.
