Serve as the office’s first point of contact by welcoming visitors, managing front-desk communications, coordinating meetings and hospitality, overseeing mail, couriers, supplies, and vendors, and maintaining an organized workplace. Provide administrative, scheduling, event, onboarding, safety, and project support while delivering professional client and employee service. Requires strong organization, communication, judgment, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Design, deploy, and operate enterprise AI/ML solutions across AWS, including machine learning pipelines, MLOps, Generative AI, LLMs, retrieval systems, knowledge graphs, and real-time applications. The role requires production software engineering, data engineering, model monitoring, governance, security, and responsible AI expertise. The engineer will partner with stakeholders, lead technical design discussions, influence architecture, and mentor team members while supporting scalable, cloud-native AI services.

Conduct advanced AI research in LLMs, agentic AI, reinforcement learning, knowledge graphs, generative AI, and responsible AI. Develop, evaluate, deploy, and maintain machine learning solutions, publish research, and productize findings for financial applications. Collaborate with scientists, engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, translate requirements into analytical approaches, and deliver innovative solutions that improve client experiences and business decision-making.
