The role owns sales growth, client retention, assets under management, market share, and relationship development across intermediary and institutional retirement markets. Responsibilities include managing sales staff, developing strategic plans, presenting investment solutions, cultivating executive client relationships, prospecting, analyzing competitive markets, and supporting corporate initiatives. The position requires extensive financial services experience, strong industry knowledge, executive presence, and leadership capabilities.

Leads the architecture, development, deployment, scalability, reliability, and operational excellence of enterprise AI and machine learning systems. Partners with researchers to productionize LLMs, agentic AI, and responsible AI capabilities; establishes MLOps and LLMOps practices; oversees observability, incident response, performance, security, and governance; and mentors engineers while providing senior technical leadership.
