The position requires extensive financial services experience, strong industry knowledge, executive presence, and leadership capabilities.

Leads the architecture, development, deployment, scalability, reliability, and operational excellence of enterprise AI and machine learning systems. Partners with researchers to productionize LLMs, agentic AI, and responsible AI capabilities; establishes MLOps and LLMOps practices; oversees observability, incident response, performance, security, and governance; and mentors engineers while providing senior technical leadership.

Serve as the office’s first point of contact by welcoming visitors, managing front-desk communications, coordinating meetings and hospitality, overseeing mail, couriers, supplies, and vendors, and maintaining an organized workplace. Design, deploy, and operate enterprise AI/ML solutions across AWS, including machine learning pipelines, MLOps, Generative AI, LLMs, retrieval systems, knowledge graphs, and real-time applications. The role requires production software engineering, data engineering, model monitoring, governance, security, and responsible AI expertise. The engineer will partner with stakeholders, lead technical design discussions, influence architecture, and mentor team members while supporting scalable, cloud-native AI services.

Conduct advanced AI research in LLMs, agentic AI, reinforcement learning, knowledge graphs, generative AI, and responsible AI. Develop, evaluate, deploy, and maintain machine learning solutions, publish research, and productize findings for financial applications. Collaborate with scientists, engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, translate requirements into analytical approaches, and deliver innovative solutions that improve client experiences and business decision-making.

Designs and leads scalable AWS and Databricks data pipelines, data models, quality frameworks, monitoring, testing, and production deployments. Investigates ambiguous data and business problems independently, translating requirements into secure, reliable technical solutions. Mentors engineers, establishes architecture and coding standards, and partners with architecture, analytics, product, and business teams. Supports AI readiness, data unification, metadata strategy, and enterprise integration initiatives.
