Conduct advanced AI research in LLMs, agentic AI, reinforcement learning, knowledge graphs, generative AI, and responsible AI. Develop, evaluate, deploy, and maintain machine learning solutions, publish research, and productize findings for financial applications. Collaborate with scientists, engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, translate requirements into analytical approaches, and deliver innovative solutions that improve client experiences and business decision-making.

Supports digital marketing and digital experience initiatives across websites and digital channels. Responsibilities include Adobe Experience Manager content authoring, website updates, campaign implementation, landing pages, email journeys, analytics, reporting, SEO, accessibility, quality assurance, compliance, governance, and workflow management. The role coordinates cross-functional teams and vendors, supports product launches and regulatory updates, and improves digital processes and client experiences.

Designs and leads scalable AWS and Databricks data pipelines, data models, quality frameworks, monitoring, testing, and production deployments. Investigates ambiguous data and business problems independently, translating requirements into secure, reliable technical solutions. Mentors engineers, establishes architecture and coding standards, and partners with architecture, analytics, product, and business teams. Supports AI readiness, data unification, metadata strategy, and enterprise integration initiatives.

Design and build reusable, metadata-driven data and AI engineering frameworks using Databricks and cloud-native services. Architect and deploy Delta Live Tables, Lakeflow, and orchestrated Databricks workflows for automated data processing and AI agent deployment. Implement RAG/Graph RAG solutions and agent orchestration (AgentOps, Agent-bricks, LangGraph), integrate real-time streams, manage AI agent lifecycles, and ensure governance via Unity Catalog or AWS Glue.

Develops and maintains intermediary and advisor relationships through prospecting, regional sales planning, presentations, conferences, and education on investment products. Partners with external sales executives and associates to achieve sales targets, support national account and dealer initiatives, and provide administrative follow-up. Requires strong knowledge of capital markets, investment management, ETFs, and financial services, along with excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Lead technology strategy and engineering teams for Advisor platforms across the Americas. Own marketing tech and CRM vision, deliver secure scalable software releases, manage global staffing and budgets, drive continuous improvement, stakeholder relationships, and represent the firm externally.
