Oversee Legal team operations, including budgeting, vendor billing, legal technology, AI adoption, process improvement, reporting, team culture, and strategic initiatives. Partner with FP&A, Accounting, executive leadership, cross-functional stakeholders, and outside counsel to improve efficiency, scale resources, manage complex projects, and support the Chief Legal Officer.

Owns and improves People Operations programs across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, organizational changes, immigration and global mobility, performance management, and HRBP enablement. Partners with employees, managers, HRBPs, vendors, and global teams to resolve complex matters, maintain immigration compliance, improve workflows, and provide accurate, responsive operational support.

Lead lifecycle marketing and growth acquisition programs targeting SMB audiences. Own outbound prospecting pilots, content direction, messaging, performance measurement, vendor partnerships, and strategic recommendations. Translate campaign data into leadership narratives, collaborate with product marketing, marketing technology, analytics, and creative teams, and use AI-enabled tools to improve analysis, segmentation, messaging, and campaign planning.

Lead product for shared matching and personalization infrastructure: define AI/ML roadmap (retrieval, embeddings, ranking), own evaluation and experimentation, coordinate cross-functional teams, and measure improvements in match quality and relevance.
