Develop and productionize retail demand forecasting and inventory optimization models using LightGBM, CatBoost, Python, and PySpark. Build Databricks-native training, inference, monitoring, and MLOps workflows with MLflow. Establish data validation, observability, testing, CI/CD, and reliable operational pipelines while partnering with Product and Data Engineering. Preferred experience includes supply chain optimization, Databricks advanced features, explainable AI, and CI/CD automation.

Owns the strategic operating model for Product and Engineering, including PDLC methodology, planning cadences, capacity planning, OKR traceability, executive dashboards, organizational documentation, and tooling strategy. The role leads a direct report, partners with executive stakeholders, manages operational maturity across product suites, and implements hands-on process and AI-assisted automation improvements. It will also assume increasing responsibility for vendor and contract management and budget and headcount planning.

Leads customer implementations from discovery through configuration, data onboarding, integration, testing, deployment, launch, and hypercare. Translates business requirements into software configurations and integration designs, troubleshoots data and workflow issues, facilitates workshops and training, manages deliverables and risks, and supports user adoption. Collaborates with customer stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and internal Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams while improving implementation processes and documentation.

Lead product strategy, define requirements, and partner with engineering, UX, data, and customer teams to deliver SaaS retail operations features. Engage customers for discovery, prioritize roadmap, support agile development, integrations, testing, and go-to-market readiness, focusing on efficiency, waste reduction, and profitability for grocery retailers.

Consults with enterprise retail customers to understand business needs, design and demonstrate SaaS solutions, develop future-state roadmaps, scope statements of work, and support implementation handoffs. Partners with sales, product, engineering, project teams, and customer success to drive adoption, reduce implementation risk, and demonstrate measurable business value. Requires strong presentation, discovery, solution architecture, retail systems, and customer advisory skills.
