Coordinates delivery of the WE Accelerate work-integrated learning program, including scheduling, events, stream administration, student support, staff supervision, partner communication, and continuous improvement. The role develops and updates instructional materials, applies online learning and instructional design practices, manages LMS setup, addresses student accommodations and exceptions, and supports hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and evaluation of student and casual staff.

Assists with managing university food service units, including staff hiring, training, scheduling, supervision, food preparation, inventory, cash controls, sanitation, customer service, administrative records, and financial reporting. Oversees daily operations when the manager or supervisor is absent, supports events and special projects, and helps implement menu items, promotions, and service improvements.

Designs, coordinates, facilitates, and evaluates university-wide employee and leadership learning programs. The role develops accessible learning resources, manages program logistics and calendars, supports customized workshops, evaluates participant outcomes, coordinates facilitators and vendors, and leads learning and development projects. It builds partnerships across the university, advises stakeholders, contributes to HR initiatives, and applies adult learning, instructional design, organizational development, and facilitation expertise.
