Advises students and alumni on career planning, employment, further education, co-op, and work-integrated learning. Provides individual advising, workshops, presentations, events, and career resources; supports career exploration, job searches, interviews, and education applications. Builds relationships with faculty and campus stakeholders, develops inclusive career programming and curricula, researches labor market and admissions information, and coaches advisors and student leaders.

Provides client-facing IT support and manages computing environments for the School of Computer Science. Responsibilities include resolving technical issues, deploying and maintaining hardware and software across servers, desktops, and laboratory systems, managing network services, documenting procedures, monitoring performance, and developing technology solutions for academic and research needs.

Develops and delivers communications content across digital, print, social media, web, newsletters, and presentations. Coordinates communications projects, timelines, approvals, stakeholders, and deliverables while applying brand, accessibility, and editorial standards. Analyzes audience feedback and channel metrics to evaluate effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend improvements. The role also supports communications planning, stakeholder engagement, content management, and continuous improvement within the Faculty of Engineering.
