Manage major gift prospect portfolios, develop proposals and stewardship plans, mentor and supervise advancement staff, coordinate volunteers, plan events and publicity, use fundraising/constituent software for tracking, and produce strategic development plans and reports.

Lead process development and support for RAC1/RAC2 quantum-nano fabrication and characterization equipment. Establish and document baseline fabrication recipes via DOE and SPC, instruct and qualify users, troubleshoot equipment and vacuum systems, enforce safety protocols, consult on process flows and characterization, and maintain equipment cleanliness and compatibility to support campus researchers.

Develop and convert international employer prospects into registered co-op and full-time employers, nurture and retain employer relationships, build strategic account and retention plans, analyze global labour markets, represent the university at events, and collaborate with campus partners to maximize job opportunities for students.

Coordinate administration for large multi-section first- and second-year MATH courses: manage TAs/markers, onboard instructors, maintain course repositories, support assessment and grading, provide tech and policy guidance, and teach up to three sections per year.

Provide front-line clinical mental health services to 2SLGBTQIA+ students using anti-racist, trauma-informed, and gender-affirming approaches. Conduct assessments (including gender-affirming care readiness and risk), treatment planning, individual and group counselling, crisis response, case documentation, referrals, and termination planning. Advocate for students, collaborate with campus and community supports, provide trainings, and supervise graduate trainees. Maintain best clinical practices and up-to-date knowledge of trans care pathways, legislation, and 2SLGBTQIA+ issues.

Lead undergraduate recruitment for the Faculty of Mathematics in Asia and other key markets. Develop and execute strategic recruitment and CEMC outreach plans, conduct in-person and virtual presentations, build school and agency partnerships, counsel applicants on admissions, and support outreach events and competitions. Manage communications (English/Mandarin), social media, travel, and reporting to meet recruitment goals.

Lead strategy, planning, and execution of a portfolio of Faculty of Engineering events (alumni, recruitment, research/industry). Manage budgets, vendors, volunteers, logistics, virtual platforms, communications, and stakeholder relationships. Serve as project lead and on-site decision-maker for high-volume, high-visibility events, delivering engaging, brand-aligned experiences.

Develop and manage industry research partnerships, source and negotiate industrial research contracts, support proposal development and grant programs, promote university research to industry, coordinate events and communications, and collaborate with faculty and internal offices to secure funded collaborative research.

Perform environmental sample collection, extraction, LC-MS/MS analysis (pharmaceuticals and drugs of abuse), QA/QC, data analysis and reporting. Maintain inventories, safety inspections, SOPs, train students, and manage laboratory documentation.

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Department Chair and faculty, managing recruitment, appointments, promotions, sabbaticals, onboarding, confidential records, departmental events, communications, websites, and health and safety processes. Coordinate committees, prepare reports and statistical data, and improve processes using technological tools.

Process and record non-salary payments to suppliers, employees and students; ensure compliance with university policies; prepare foreign and wire payments; reconcile to the General Ledger; maintain supplier records and system configuration; support month-end close, resolve payment issues, and provide advice and training to stakeholders.

Lead design, development, delivery, and continuous improvement of research and engagement programs. Manage cross-functional teams, budgets, stakeholder relationships, advisory committees, and co-op hires. Drive industry engagement, market research, program evaluation, and financial viability for marketable adult learning and executive education offerings.
