Develop new business relationships, sell facility and maintenance services, manage Salesforce opportunities, negotiate contracts, close deals, and transition clients to key account management. The role manages sales targets, bids, customer concerns, regional marketing activities, trade shows, and sales reporting. Frequent travel throughout the territory and occasional work outside regular office hours are required.

Coordinates maintenance services and customer work orders, assigns and follows up with contractors, processes invoices and customer billing, manages documentation and compliance, prepares quotations, and supports customer satisfaction. Uses Salesforce, SAP, and Outlook while collaborating with accounting and the National Services team. Requires timely communication, problem-solving, flexibility, financial knowledge, and administrative experience.

Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, investigations, performance guidance, HRIS administration, payroll updates, benefits, compensation, compliance, and policy development. The role supports Quebec and Ontario employment legislation, pay equity, French-language requirements, workplace health and safety, talent partnerships, engagement initiatives, and training programs. Bilingual English and French communication is required, with occasional travel and presentation responsibilities.
