Build and maintain customer relationships, prospect new accounts, prepare sales plans and presentations, collaborate with specialty divisions for cross-selling, and manage opportunities using Salesforce/CRM tools.

Manage a defined territory to sell and rent trench safety equipment, build customer relationships, conduct demonstrations and training, prepare sales plans, cross-sell with branch teams, and maintain pipeline using Salesforce/CRM. Provide Competent Person and Confined Space training, assist with equipment installation, and meet revenue targets through base pay plus commission.

Handle inbound and outbound sales and telemarketing to grow branch revenue for specialty HVAC and power rental equipment. Process quotes, reservations, contracts and invoices, educate customers on equipment use and safety, track inventory and coordinate pickups/returns while supporting branch operations and customer satisfaction.
