Supports early childhood classrooms by welcoming children and families, assisting with classroom activities, serving snacks, maintaining tidy and safe spaces, and supporting children’s learning and engagement. The role requires flexibility across infant, toddler, and preschool rooms, behavioral guidance skills, teamwork, communication, and adherence to daily plans and centre needs.

Provides before- and after-school care for JK/SK and school-aged children. Responsibilities include welcoming families, supporting transitions and self-regulation, planning developmentally appropriate activities, supervising indoor and outdoor play, serving snacks safely, guiding behaviour, and maintaining a safe, organized environment. The educator collaborates with colleagues and follows How Does Learning Happen? programming principles.
