Teams at Uline

Record and analyze financial transactions, prepare financial statements, reconcile balance sheet accounts, maintain weekly cash flow forecasts, review reports for accuracy, and partner with business units to improve reporting and drive insights.

Provide bilingual (English/French) customer support by phone, email, and chat. Process orders, answer product, pricing and shipping questions, recommend solutions, assist with website navigation, and build customer relationships using company systems. On-site, full-time role with training and growth opportunities.

Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to collect past-due balances, document activity, and collaborate with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service and Sales to reduce aging. Build customer relationships via phone and email, identify process improvements, and support timely payments to minimize bad debt.
