Supervise and develop Credit Analysts through onboarding, training, performance coaching, and customer interaction monitoring. Collaborate with Collections and Sales to resolve account issues and credit holds, conduct financial analysis for business decisions, and oversee Credit team projects.

Prepare and analyze financial information, record transactions, produce financial statements, review accounting records, maintain balance sheet reconciliations, forecast cash flow, and improve reporting with business units. The role requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, CPA designation, and at least three years of accounting experience. Proficiency in Excel or SQL is preferred, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Manage and improve the Toronto warehouse safety program, policies, procedures, audits, incident reviews, compliance, and continuous safety initiatives. Establish safety goals with management, lead Safety Coordinators, conduct employee training, and partner with Human Resources on workers’ compensation claims. Ensure legal and company safety standards are met across a large warehouse operation.
