Teams at Uline

Provide bilingual (English/French) customer support by processing orders, answering product, pricing and shipping questions, assisting with website navigation, and building relationships via phone, email and chat. Use company systems to resolve account inquiries and recommend solutions.

Provide legal counsel for Uline Canada by advising leadership on commercial and employment matters, conducting legal research, preparing documents, identifying and escalating risks, partnering with U.S. teams on transactions, and implementing compliance programs and HR policies to align business objectives with applicable laws and regulations.

Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, resolve past-due balances, document collection activity, and collaborate with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service and Sales to reduce aging and improve processes while providing bilingual (English/French) customer support.
