Manage customer accounts, resolve past-due balances, document collection activity, and collaborate with credit, cash applications, customer service, and sales teams. The role focuses on reducing aging and bad debt, improving processes, and delivering customer-focused support. Fluency in English and French, accounts receivable or collections experience, and Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge are required or preferred.

Provides bilingual English and French customer support by processing orders, answering product, pricing, shipping, and account questions, recommending solutions, assisting with online ordering, and building customer relationships through phone, email, and chat. The role offers training and requires strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.

Supervise and develop Credit Analysts through onboarding, training, performance monitoring, and coaching. Collaborate with Collections and Sales to resolve customer account issues and evaluate credit-stopped orders. Conduct financial analysis, communicate findings for business decisions, and oversee special Credit team projects.
