Lead and improve the Toronto warehouse safety program for a 1.2M sq ft facility with 550+ employees. Manage policies, audits, incident reviews, and continuous improvement. Supervise Safety Coordinators and partner with HR on workers' compensation to ensure legal and company compliance.

Manage and grow customer accounts within an assigned territory, run customer meetings to present business solutions, and deliver exceptional customer service supported by the sales support team. Participate in training and mentorship while pursuing sales targets and bonus programs.

Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, resolve past-due balances, document collection activity, and collaborate with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service and Sales to reduce aging and minimize bad debt while identifying process improvements to enhance customer experience.
